Question for the KitchenAid experts

I was organizing a lot of the wealth of dishwasher literature I've downloaded from other members and I have folders for KD-12's through KD-19's EXCEPT for any KD-13's. Was there ever a KD-13 series??

This is more likely a case of the company making accommodations for consumer superstitions, just like high rise buildings that don't have a 13th floor.

Well, how would a company feel if it spent money to gear up to produce a new model that did not sell because people would not buy model 13? I lived for almost two of the longest years of my life in an apartment building that went from the 12th to the 14th floor. I wonder if people will hesitate to buy model year 2013 cars, assuming we make it that far.
