Below is my orignal post about the problem with the washer. Today I finally had some time to work on the washer. I disconnected the drain hose from the self cleaning filter and connected it to the two way valve, and connect the hose from the filter to were I took the drain hose off. I filled the washer and let it run through the normal cycle the suds saver saved the wash water and when it went into the first spin the water pump out the drain hose and so did the rinse water. I took off both hose from the filter and they are not clogged. Can the filter be clogged? Also can I use the washer the way I have the hose hooked up now?

Thanks

David

I have a Whirlpool washer model#LPA7805W2 with suds saver that won,t drain when spinning or the rinse water. I replaced the two way valve and the washer will pump the wash water out the suds hose, but when the timer goes to spin the water does not pump out the drain hose, after a while it will starts coming out of the suds hose. The water will return to the washer on suds. I do not think it is the pump. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Ran the washer again tonight thru the normal cycle no leaks seems to be working fine. Any help about the filter will be appreciated.

Thanks

David
