First, I would soak the hose and the other parts in a tub of vinegar, maybe even run them through the dishwasher afterwards. All this to remove the crust. Take the assembly to an auto parts store and see if there are any heater hoses that are similar to what you have. If they are friendly they might let you look at the ones in back. You might find something that may be able to fit. You might look in the plumbing department of home depot/Lowes too. This is if you cannot get the actual part, Whirlpool has been stingy about parts lately.
