questions about this washer

does this machine have sud saver option?
what are are the stars for around the dial?

i would like a sud saver/reycle feature but do not know what old machines had them and where to find the info.

any and all help would be appreciated.

The stars on the panel designate the rinse portion and final spin segment of each cycle.  this has no suds saver.

I guess when you think about it, you could actually use something like this as a manual suds saver. Depends how cheap you are...and I wrote the book.

A machine with a suds saver will have 2 drain hoses.

and usually on the timer there will be a designation of 'Suds Return'.....
