I know very little about R&D on washers and dryers. Many, many postings on here infer that some manufacturers don't do sufficient testing on their machines, either in the performance of their machines, or in the durability/reliability of their machines.
Is there any documentation on what is actually done to develop new models of washers and dryers, and new methods of using both?
