Whirlpool #1 is a rare Imperial 90 with rotary speed control ... thus pushbuttons for water temp, one rotary for water level, second rotary for speed.  Should have four speed combos .. High/High, High/Low, Low/Low, Low/High.  I tweaked the photo but the quality is b-a-d.

The Maytag Centennial is a direct-drive Whirlpool.

Gas refrigerators

That's awesome. I guess back in the day having your own refrigerator was still considered a luxury.

Up at the cabin (off grid) we have an old servel refrigerator from I think 1954. It works very well. They are getting hard to find since the recall. Took me about a year to find one since the last RV fridge died. We keep the window open and have a CO2 meter on the wall next to it.
