Do you notice that seam between the cooktop and the side walls? One word: grease trap. Anytime you fry, the cooktop has to be lifted and everything under it cleaned.
It looks like it has those cheap stamped aluminum burners, probably all the same BTU rating. At least it does not have those ill-fated stainless steel burner grates.

My mother had that oven for almost 27 years. Hers had the storage space to the left of the oven door.
