So does this mean the electric version of this dryer was c**p?

Also, did the electric version have the "Super Speed" setting?

This was essentially a marting/advertisement to support the local gas comapnies. The elctric version was just as good. Yes it had the 2-speed feature also.

You know, I've seen several of these gas promotional ads for diferent brands, but have yet to see the same type of ad in favor of electric drying. Did they exist?
