No demand, plus;
Saudi Arabia and Russia are/were in a price war. So we were told anyway, so who knows? How low will the price of anything go if we are unable to pay much? Can't get blood from a stone you know. It's been time for a deflationary reset for decades. The rich kept gettting richer. The rest of us were over the barrel. Bring back the true middle class. Everything is too expensive from education to healthcare, drugs, to car insurance.

it’s $2.999 per gal for reg unleaded at the station on the corner near us, and thats the cheapest gas you can find around here.
Don’t make no never mind to me. I filled the tank on 3-5 and I’ve only driven 54 miles since then. At this rate I may be able to go until the end of July before I need gas again. I’ll probably need a new battery first.

Luckily I’m bordering WVa and Ohio
This weekend it was $1.59 in WVa and in Ohio I paid $1.53, other parts of Ohio are around $1.19

In NJ here it hit $1.75 and I got the car filled up on $20.00. Wonder when we switch to summer fuel formula. That always raises the price for the summer driving season as they claim. Wonder if it will change much. Once things get back to normal the price will rise again you can be sure of it. This is just temporary at best.

$1.47 at local Sams and BJ's.
Through town ... $1.499 and $1.519.
All the fast-food take-out outfits that were open had business, although some more than others.
$2.07 for reg. yesterday at my local Conoco. Not that it matters. Other than to go to supermarkets, the truck stays parked. But I am getting terrific mileage. A month to the gallon.

the other day around here. "Economies of scale" If we had no stay home or curfew orders, and many more die, more businesses would lose more customers permanently.
So perhaps it will be better to stay afloat in the "new normal" even though we may see some deflation in net. profits and prices.

$1.899 at Cumberland Farms with my $0.10 discount for having it come straight out of my checking account. $1.999 for those w/o the card. Most around here are in the $2 - $2.10 range.

Around $1.20/gal. in the Milford area. Will probably be going out tomorrow, and will need to buy gas again.

I drive a premium burner! The price here in Wilmington is $195.9 Usually a tank last 200 miles or a month; I expect to get more days this time! No work, no drive. Greg

Note that crude oil prices are underwater. MINUS $37/barrel. The producers will pay YOU $37 to haul it away. If you had the permits, licenses, facilities, you could really clean up, so to speak.
My last fill-up was March 13. Currently at ~1/4 tank, IIRC last I checked said est 140 miles to empty.
