recognise MORRIS???

Hello!!!

I am new here and I think you are the best to answer my questions...

I found a washer that I really like, but I have no idea about the brand and the quality....

The brand is called MORRIS and is made in Korea. There is no info about Morris on-line. It is a front load 8 kilos washer with direct drive inverter motor, air bubble system, nano silver, energy rate A+.

-Have you ever seen MORRIS before?
-Are Korean washers good?
-Will I be able to get spear parts in the future?

KOREA might be just a rebadged LG washer.

Ok; I will as the dumb question!

does LG mean something bad in Greek so that a rebadge is for marketing reasons.

ie like in Southern California old Savons Drugs got changed to OSCO; then back to Savons. ie Osco meant barf in slang; thus they went back to Savons

Direct drive motor could mean LG. The Eco Bubble system could mean there is a connection to Samsung.

LG is existed normally in Greece, Samsung as well....
Morris was first introduced in Greece about 20 years ago with mini dishwashers, now they have a bigger range of small and big appliances...

However, they are imported by www.funai.gr (which imports a group of brands) and then distributed within all the country...

Responsible for after-sale service is funai.gr but I don't trust them cause when I called them for asking how many litres of water the washer consumes they didn't know, and then I asked about MORRIS website and also didn't know...

That's why I am trying to find out if MORRIS is reliable or not.

Since www.funai.gr lists the Hyundai brand too; maybe "your" Morris is just a rebranded Hyundai Front Loader
