Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

The dishwasher is not working but again, can be fixed.

LOL, no guarantees on that, buddy.

Even finding the failed part(s) will probably be a daunting task with a machine of this age.

That is a beautiful range - I had a white version of this with the french door oven but the "roll to burn you" rack had been changed.

I find this kitchen to be quite odd. To be expected I suppose at this age. There is the Frigidaire range in the island and over next to the wall refrigerator is another, newer range under what appears to be an old hood. Perhaps there were two ranges in the kitchen when it was built as the Frigidaire has a wall behind it to cover the higher control panel. There was some counter repair to the pink tile under the refrigerator, too. It would be interesting to see what changes were made over the years, maybe new cabinet fronts? They don't look like '56 either.

Greg:

It looks to me like someone did an update on the kitchen while having at least some respect for the vintage appliances.  Those cabinet fronts are almost certainly replacements, and that floor appears later, too.

However, the pank gives me the shudders.  The only appliance color I dislike more is Avocado.  To each their own.
