Craigslist ad reads:

Fabulous Retro 1956 GE Wonder Kitchen Center in beautiful turquoise enamel finish. Heavy-gauge stainless steel counter with deep sink with disposal; lighted glass-door "cabinettes"; plenty of electrical outlets; working oven and cooktop. Bonus: 12' of turquoise wood wall cabinets/pantry and original counter from this galley kitchen installation. We're remodeling: husband says it's time to say goodbye to my beloved turquoise kitchen! This one needs to go to a good home.

Dishwasher in photo not included.
Purchaser to remove items and transport.

(I apologize for the pictures loaded. I was having problems adding the three that I felt were most representative.)

That's a lovely kitchen; I love the cabinettes. I never understand ads like this though. The seller states her husband is making her get rid of it to remodel. If it works for you and you love it, why let someone else talk you into replacing it?

Wasn't this set part of a thread a year or 2 ago?

Or is it the one that belongs to someone up here? I know I've seen these pics before....

Mike,

No apology needed at all! For me, anyway, there can never be too many pics. I just wish I could remember where I came across these shots a long time ago. Seems like someone up here was redoing their kitchen in this same set...and I think these were the reference pics for that at one time.

That kitchen is gorgeous. And it looks to be in decent shape as well. If that were my husband, there would be a battle. I totally agree with Jason. You have something that is as old as it is, that you are totally happy with, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it then why replace it. Love the fact that there is even a built in pot hanger in one of the cabinets.

That husband needs to get a grip. Or as Cher would say, 'SNAP OUT OF IT!" lol

Allen,

Wouldn't be the first time a Craigslist seller used a photo they found off the internet, insteatd of their actual item. Not saying that is the case, but could explain why you've seen those pictures before.
