Was in GFS tonite, and checked the package on the institutional formula Cascade. It still listed phosphates. I wonder if they will be removed from it too?

the commercial dishwashing detergents are exempt from the ban.I donot think that they will take it out of them.

NYS originally exempted commercial laundry detergents from it's phosphate ban, but a few years ago that changed.
Ecolab amoung other commercial detergents often had or have two versions of most products, with and without phosphates, but as with domestic producers it is simply becoming too expensive to make two different versions of the same detergent for different markets.
