I loved the smell of Rinso, and the way LaFrance and BluWhite powdered bluing helped keep the white so bright. Now I use Mrs. Stewart's liquid bluing just the way Mom & Grandma always did. My whites are still the best on the washline. I still have a stash of Bold powdwered detergent in my basement which I use from time to time. I also found Surf powder at one of the local dollar stores. Can anyone tell me if you can still buy LaFrance or BluWhite anywhere?
