stephen gately from the band Boyzone died on saturday 10/10/09... when i was like six i used to constantly listen to there song "Words"... quite sad that hes dead..he was only 33. R.I.P stephen gately.

I was shocked when I heard the news, my roommate is a huge Boyzone fan. Words and No Matter What are my two favorite songs by them. No Matter What has some powerful lyrics, didn't realize it, until I actually listened and concentrated on the words.
I feel sorry for his partner, it must have been a real shock to him.

He and his partner had been married for six years, my heart goes out to Andrew.
I never met him, but I've done lyrics for some German groups which move in those circles and know that several years ago, when a noted German music producer's partner was killed in a car accident, Stephen flew in to Germany to offer what support and comfort he could.
That's class.
And, please, dahlinks, can we not go into the purported causes of death? Let's leave that up to the yellow press and show that we can be ladies.
