I finally made it to Cleveland. Had a great time. Stayed with my Brother-in-law Ed aka the Appliance Whisperer. Spent a lot of time with Ed's and mine teacher, aka the Guru. Most of the machines are not for sale, some are, and some may be. Parts are plentiful.

Next to the Unimatic is the Hamilton I found last Fall. They got it running, and it is amazing. Very low BTU, gentle, but just as fast as a regular machine.
