It's been used, it shows some residue; but it's been well cared for.
That said, take that wonderful pink door and drawer front and dump the rest in metal scrap bin.

Probably because it's old and that equates ANTIQUE, and that equates to being worth boo-koo bucks...... And maybe it's because it's from Brookfield, the older section obviously.
