what follows are some lousy cameraphone pics of some washers i found languishing in a custodial closet. a maytag comercial, and an RCA! they are rather grody tho, and had junk piled up on them.... so perhaps these are not for the faint of heart.

sure thing... i didn't know RCA made machines.

i'm not sure how old that maytag is but i wonder if it would be any fun to have... if there is anything left of it.

The Maytag is (IIRC) a model made bewteen '89 and '95, judging by the agitator. This is the agitator Maytag used during the transition from PowerFin to LoadSensor. But it may be that this agitator was used in commercial machines longer...don't know....
