Found this while poking around Estatesales.net tonight. Not much in our area, but Grand Rapids looks like it has a really good sale coming up. The toys, the kitchenware, small appliances and even laundry fun - two Maytag wringers and a nice Kenmore BD washer/dryer set.

The basement is toward the end of the video and there are lots of pictures, too.

Amazing!

Amazing Collection!!!!
I was blown away from so many items that you just never see any longer.
Do you all ever think about your collection? Greg Brings up a great point.
Are we saving it up for a cash in during our lives....or saving it up for someone else to make a fortune on our hard work and money spent over the years.
I know appliances are such a different beast. But usually those that collect appliances collect anything......
This video is amazing.
I will be honest...I want to make a return on my collectibles. Not only for the sense of having fun with collecting. It is also I bought most knowing I will never live long enough to use it all!!!! And I want to have some security in selling one day. So as collectors...are you saving to make a profit one day? Most of you that have shared your collections will never use most of what you collected. No Offence...but seriously. Was your goal to sell one day. I would love to know this aspect of your thoughts.
Hopefully I am not blowing smoke as they say.
Great video Greg!
Thanks for the link.
It is an eye-opener for me. Made me think.

My jaw just hit the floor!

I can't get over all the wonderful stuff! The toys, the kitchenware, the appliances, the Christmas decorations...oh to be there and shop till I drop! Thanks for posting!

Thanks, Greg

No dishwasher at that place. The Pyrex colors are unfaded and the anodized aluminum tumblers look bright and shiny.

I am not interested in selling my treasures. I collected mostly MIB or used, but like new, so that the collection would be worthy of a museum. I wanted these things preserved. They are unique examples of the history of domestic technology and/or design.
