Samsung dishwasher code PC

Can anyone help me with the above code on my Samsung DW80K5050UW dishwasher . Water doesn’t seem to be getting hot during wash.. diagnostic mode stopped on ‘2’ then code PC started flashing?

I get that... it tells me there is a problem with the “zone wash” can’t find any information what this actually is? And would this be the cause of the water not getting hot?

I have the same error code including the lack of heat problem. Did you find a fix? Very little info on this problem.
