Samsung DW not cleaning

Aaron, I went back and looked at the manuals for the KUDS25, KUDI25, and KUDS24. The 24 series models did not have heated prewash for Soad & Scrub/Pots & Pans and the 25 series models did have that feature. It was one of the main differences between the 24 & 25. I as excited to see the 25 series offer this feature because WP dishwashers did have initial prewash heated to 135 degrees for a long time. An these 24 & 25 sries KAs were the last KAs with the PowerClean module.

Thanks for that appnut. Also should have mentioned the lower wash arm had 2 bearings - the lower bearing was a split circle which did not wear near as fast as the upper bearing. Evidently the wash pressure pushed the lower arm up a bit to fit snug against the top bearing during operation. The upper wore out fast.

Rinse Aid Cap O-Ring Replacement

Does anyone know of the specifics for the size to attempt and replace the O-Ring? The one in the machine is MIA. I tried to find a new replacement online, and they no longer make the replacement cap, and there is no mention of the part # or specs for the O-Ring. Thanks in advance.
