Pieces of round, sweet red peppers, vidalia onion, Italian stewed tomatoes (less sodium with other cool spices substituting) a few cloves or garlic, a bit of sea salt and a few grinds of pepper. It was tender, lusciously flavored, healthy, and lip-smackinnnkkkkly delicious. The beauty is, you pop it all in, in minutes, and come back 6, 7, or 8 hours later to a sumptuous feast.
