Just got back with these gems. First,for your viewing pleasure,is this lovely Maytag 806S,in basic white.

Under the hood....

...of the 806.Notice the chrome lint filter/softner dispenser,and bleach dispenser.It just exudes quality! Imagine this one in your collection.

GE set

Next on the agenda is this General Electric Filter Flo set,in captivating Harvest Gold. A bit newer than the set seen earlier this month,but still stunning! Very good condition,appearance wise,with a gas dryer.

The GE washer,opened up. Has the mini basket and filter,along with a bleach dispenser.Probably not TOL,but right under it.

This set,or the Maytag are available,if anyone feels the need for these beauties.Just picked up,working condition unknown. EMail me,or post here for details on aquiring these.

Yep,Maytag tub needs a bit o' Lime A Way,to return to white.

Great finds! That Maytag's tub is the textbook personification of 'having a rust issue', LOL.

The 806 is beautiful. The tub looks like it was used on well water its entire life. Lime-A-Way, CLR, Easy-Off BAM, and I heard even Sno-Bol will definitely help it.

But where, oh where do you folks find these beauties???There's nothing out here in the barrens of Connecticut! Is it just that there are more graveyards in the Midwest? Oy! I should have a clean basement to take even one vintage find.
