SCM Proctor Silex Percolator

I use a classic Sunbeam vac pot and like it. I did stumble across a new unused Kuereg at goodwill for $11 and bought it. It makes good coffee too but too expensive. Will experiment with the fill it yourself reusable K-cups and see how well that works.

Was Proctor Silex already a division of Scovill when these Lifelong percolators were made? I thought mine were both made when PS belonged to Smith Corona Marchant

Bought some friends a PS LifeLong percolator for their wedding in Oct. '74. It was Avocado, to match their Corelle. Have no idea if they still have it or not.
