Searching 'Vintage Appliances' in Craigslist

A new thing I found out...on Craigslist choose 'Appliances' and type in Vintage in the search box...you won't believe all the great things you will see!!

First I tried Cleveland...our good neighbors to the nortwest!

Yep, I do this regularly, but don't normally see so many vintage goodies as this city has on this day, but wow!

Tried "vintage" in Search Tempest and quiet a few things came up.  I avoided looking too closely as I did not want to get sucked into buying something...

I type "vintage" in the "appliances" search field and usually have to sift through literally tons of O&M and Wedgewood stoves.  You can also get good results searching terms like "retro," "older," "antique" and "MCM."

 

You'd be surprised at the various appliances that can be found under the "antiques," "household" and "general" headings when you use some of the aforementioned search terms or simply key in the type of appliance.

To further filter the crap, I tend to limit these searches to "by owner" and click on the 'Pic" tab.
