Sears "burning money" & closing stores

Looks like that mall has been "dead" for some time!Is it still there-or has it been torn down or changed into something else?There was a dead mall here-it got torn down.Now in its place-Sears still stands-they were the only remaining store in that mall.In separate buildings there is Kohls,Dicks Sport goods,Ruby Tuesday,and a couple other stores-strangly---the store space is full of unrented, purchased store space--has the old Dead Colonial Mall come back to haunt them???Those spaces have been empty for many years-same with another space a mile or so down the road-Something like "Greenville Grande"Not so Grande!!!Its mostly DEAD!!!Just a movie theater -Consolidated Cinemas and a couple cell phone places-thats it in that shopping area.

When vendors are unwilling to ship because they cannot secure insurance to cover a potential non payment that is not a good sign.

I wonder who will buy the 51% of Sears Canada they're trying to sell off... I wouldn't touch it if I had the money.

The story made it sound like the current owners of Sears were being forced to buy shares of Sears Canada.
