I've never seen a timer like that on a dishwasher. Did Sears sell anything like this in the U.S.?

I had a very similar machine with the Roper name on it in the house when we bought it. It was a water-hog, naturally, but relatively quiet and washed well enough. Mine had a spray tower in the middle instead of the spray arm so loading was more like a GE. The rapid-advance timer was very cool, advancing to the selected cycle you could watch the numbers flip by. We used it for a little over a year and then replaced it with the Asko, KDS-18 and so on... I'll have to see if I can dig up some pictures of the Roper.

As far as I know they didn't offer that model in the US. I've never seen one with a mechanical numbers like that.
