Sear's Laundry Detergent

Regarding softness: Sears detergents are not particularly soft in my experience. Actually the detergent which seems to give consistently the softest results is Persil regular powder. Must be something about those zeolites that helps to soften the fibers. Works great on bath towels - even better than any liquid I've tried as well.

I truly enjoyed all the info you supplied regarding the use of fabric softners with detergents.I rarely use a cold water wash and wash most of my colorfast as well as white cotton laundry in hot water (170F),my synthetics and fadeable colors in warm and my wool,rayon and suede in cold.I do all bath linens and cotton towels in hot.All the clothes I wash in hot water get rinsed in warm water.All others are rinsed in cold.I have been doing laundry this way all my life and have gotton great results.COLD WATER DOES NOTHING BUT PERMANANTLY SET REMOVEABLE STAINS.

Ultra Plus Gives a good clean load at a very reasonable pric

And cuts rinses down to only 2 as we use 4 with some products. Also only have to use 1/2 the sour and softner another cost plus for it..I really like the low suds too much better for the machines.

That's one heck of a washer! I would like to see that in action sometime. It looks a little scary to me, does it bite? LOL

I just started a bottle of Tide HE, and once it's finished I'm going to try the Sears detergent. Of course that will mean a trip to the mall, but I will go early in the morning on a weekday to avoid all the screaming brats.

I've been trying to find work in either a hotel, hospital or nursing home doing laundry, I've applied for several openings, but have never been called for an interview. Do you have to have some special training for this type of job?
