Seeburg Console Jukebox

We just picked this Seeburg console jukebox up yesterday. It holds 100 33 albums. It also has an am/fm radio. Currently the radio works great, and sometimes the selector works. Steve is going to fix it so the selector works all the time. It is one heave peice of furniture.

Open the front doors up and thats where the albums are kept.

Up on top is the radio as well as the selector. The rotary dial is what you dial to select which album you want. When you select the album you want to listen to it will play the entire album. I'm excited to start filling it up with records. Its just going to be tough to decide only 100 records. I have over 500. Maybe I should get 4 more of these. LOL

I am loving that rotary dial feature. Not Western Electric, but that makes perfect sense. What a great piece. Enjoy it!

VERY NICE-and in beautiful condition.The home type Seeburg changer Hi-Fi units are quite rare-esp in that condition.Like the dial for making selections.

Nice! It looks like you snagged a Seeburg HSC1 that came out in 1967. Check out the matching photo and writeup about halfway down on the page that I linked to.

My Family's Juke-Box

My folks have a vintage Wurlitzer 1100 jukebox. It originally played 78's, but is converted to 45's. It has 24 selections, playing only one side. It's not the famous "bubbler" type (model 1050), but is mechanically identical. My folks also have an Electrohome console stereo, made in the early 60's, with a Garrard record changer.

Did you guys also get the remote dialer? I see them on eBay from time to time!
