Seeking Examples of Maytag's Commercial Tickets

Hey guys, I'm trying to determine how many different patterns (and associated letters) Maytag released for their ticket-style 1962+ commercial washers and dryers (A20CM, D20CM...).

Anyone have tickets in their collection they're willing to share pics of? Thanks!

Mine are all "D" but slightly different pattern.
