My husband and I just bought a condo in Fort Lauderdale; it was built in 1962 and sold to us by the original owner's son. It has a pink galley kitchen with built-in PINK GE stovetop and oven as well as pink cabinets. We will be remodeling the kitchen and it was suggested that I try to sell the oven and stovetop. Since I have no idea what these items might be worth, I thought I would post something here to see if there was any interest.

We are presently in California, however, we will be heading back to Fort Lauderdale in April. We plan to start the kitchen renovation around then, so please let me know if you are interested.

Oh my

that kitchen looks like a bottle of Pepto Bismol exploded!  I used to go to church with an older woman who's favorite color was pink and everyone knew it.  She would love this kitchen!

ooooohhhhhhh...those dreamy cabinets!

I would give anything for those pink cabinets to go with my pink stove and fridge. I may have convinced my husband to drive from Michigan to New York for my sweet stove but I, sadly, don't think he would let me drive from Michigan to Florida for those cupboards. I'll just have to drool from here. *sigh*

Suzi,

With boomer kitchens across the country falling victim to gut jobs, colorful GE wall ovens and cooktops from that period are showing up on ebay and craigslist fairly regularly.

It all depends on their condition, but I think even $100 each would be the upper limit.
