Servis Quartz Dryer Felt Replacement

I have a 2700 dryer which has started making a scraping sound from round the door. On close inspection the felt appears to have disintegrated.
Can anyone offer me two bits of advice:
Firstly - where can I find the id of the spare part or buy some felt suitable.
Secondly anyone advise how to tackle this in terms of dismantling?

The dryer is in superb condition and works really well - great air flow and low wattage element.
Would be a shame just to let it end up in the garage!
