But have you met Thor?

Thor is now 6 years old, and I've had him since he was a pup. The dealer I got him from always takes a picture of the car with the new owner, hence the "Wheeler" sign.

I'm not in the picture because they didn't want to take a picture of me straddling the hood in a pair of Daisy Dukes.

Go fig.

Dwight-- what a gorgeous Buick! We had a '66 Electra 225 for a couple of years and I loved that car. (I think it was a '66, maybe a '67) It had powered windows and I thought that was SO cool when I was a kid. If I had your LeSabre, I'd want it to be summer all year long.

here's mine

2003 Mercury Grand Marquis, currently with about 32,000 miles on it. I love these cars! Roomy, comfortable, and not fatiguing to drive. Friends joke that its a fancy police cruiser, but I like it.
On the highway it pulls 26+ mpg, not bad for such a large car!

Here's mine

Taken the day I bought it in 2004, first one of the new design sold by the dealer.

Here is my 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis, with 8-track player. Has over 250,000 miles, original engine and transmission...still drive it to and work 60 miles almost every day (sometimes I drive my Dodge 1-ton van).
400 CID V-8...gets about 16 MPG which I think is pretty good for what it is!

miles to the gallon...

Last time we checked, it was getting about 12 miles to the gallon, if no ac on...about 10 with. These days, we don't check the mpg much...not worth the headache of knowing...but we aren't driving it much right now, either...lol

The best car I ever had...

My 1976 Buick Electra 225 Limited, it was a beast and a gas hog, but I loved this car. Its been almost 18 years since I sold it, and I still kick myself I ever let this one go...
The Caddy was my dad's, a 1983 Coupe DeVille...
