Sadly, both my Farberware and Black Angus elderly rotis have died. I picked up a NIB Showtime off of Goodwill. It's not bad. Smaller than I would have liked and after running for more than one hour the spit axles start to make annoying noises. I've done a whole chic, pork roast, beef roast, pork chops, hambergers and tonight a turkey breast. Not sure I would buy another but it is kinda neat. The whole chic and the pork chops were the best so far.

Cuffs:

Every part of your Farberware Open Hearth rotisserie/grill shows up on eBay as replacement parts, new and used.

You should easily be able to put it back into usable shape.

I have the large showtime rotisserie, got it for 5.00 at Habitat....and use the hell out of it....for that noise, put some vegetable oil on the slots it sits in, that will cure that....

actually seen on TV this morning, theres a new one, easier to clean and handle, and folds almost flat for storage......

there's a rear shield that slides out, the glass door comes off, and a drip pan, plus all utensils, all parts can go in the dishwasher...easy maintenance....

mine also has the split tray steamer that goes on top for veggies....you can do a whole meal on one machine...

I have one...

I Love it.
Roast Chicken, Hotel Turkey Breast, Prime Rib... Fantastic.

And Yes... Put all the parts in the dishwasher. I use mine year round. I keep it in the Garage especially in the summer time when you don't want extra heat in the house.

My Showtime when making a Rib Roast sometimes sets off the smoke detector that's why I mostly use it in the garage.
