Sign question

I saw this sign yesterday at a flea market. It is plastic and they wanted $30.00. Any idea how old it would be and if it is worth $30.00?

I'm not sure of the age, but I would given $30 for that sign no problem. Although I would've offered $25 first. Cool sign.
