Looks Great!!

Something I'd definitely love to do in the future when I have the space!

Now a question--how about some more pics of the Kenmore pair in the 4th pic? I don't think I've seen that styling before. What vintage are they?

Thanks!

Looks great!  What a nice size room!  Was this an addition to your home?

Fun!

That's a nice laundry room Todd! Lots of space to move around the machines! I wish I had something like that for my machines!

Your laundry room looks great. I'm sure you'll be overjoyed once you have everything in place and setup the way that you want it. You have some nice looking machines in your collection. Keep everyone posted on your progress.

Nice!

That's a lovely laundry room, Todd!  I approve of the turquoise Maytags and Whirlpools.  LOL

Can't wait to see more - congratulations!

Hi Todd, You have some beautiful sets there. I especially like all of the turquoise sets. The white Kenmores are beautiful too. Your laundry is nice and sunny with lots of windows. I no longer collect but I am happy to see there are still collectors who restore, maintain and have fun with their machines. Take care, Dano

1966 Kenmores

Beautiful machines Todd, MOL and up KMs and WPs during this time period were about the best performing laundry pairs the world had seen up to this point in time. It is easy to see why between WP and Sears models that WP was already dominating the home laundry market, they were like the General Motors of laundry appliances during this time.

I have the exact same pair of fully restored KMs here on the east coast that need a home if anyone is interested contact me, thanks John L.

1966 Kenmores

Todd,

Thanks for the extra shots of the machines! There's something about the styling of that era that I really like...

John L.,

Well, I'm not all that close to the east coast, but believe me, if I had the room for a more serious collection, I'd definitely be talking to you about your set and finding a trailer to drag behind me...

Not to worry...

The coppertone '64 Kenmores are alive and well (just replaced the washer motor but now the machine is squealing a bit when kicking into spin -- suspect it's the spin tube). In addition to the laundry room, there is a hall indoor laundry closet for my "special" machines -- that's where the coppertone Kenmores live. And there are also hook ups in the garage where my 1-18's currently reside.
