Ok.. We don't usualy get alot of snow here, but it seems like its been snowing every week here... Not alot just some... Its also very cold (18 degrees).. Now with my health the way it is, this makes me feel 110% worse. Its supposed to snow again soon... But some of you have had very little or no snow, where you normaly have enough by now to build an igloo... My heatpump is not helping matters at all... Its at 65 degrees in the house with it running full blast at 75 deg..

Its cold out my way as well-do you have some sort of backup heat?My heatpump is useless when it gets this cold.Snow and ice I don't need-esp the ice-is MURDER on our antennas! The riggers will be BUSY on icy nights!

Feel your pain

Cold here as well. Seems like no one turns the heat on any more. Most homes and business heat with natural gas...the price has gotten so rediulas that everyone has turn the temps down. I have a space heater under my desk at the office...sunday it was so cold in church folks kept their coats on. Anything below 68 and I'm freezing!!!!

A week ago Sunday, it snowed here in Tucson, Arizona. Woke up Monday morning to see snow on the cactus and palm trees.

It's been snowing for about an hour here, and is starting to stick to the street...it's a mean-spirited snow, somehow.

Almost vengeful.

Northwestern Arkansas

We are getting a wintery mix. I left Work at 2:30 (usual time) and made it home by 4:30 - normally a 20 min to 30 min commute. I plan on going in the morning. There will not be any traffic when I go at 4:30 am.
AND I LOVE snow days at work. They are open and if you can get there fine, if you cannot fine. There will not be very many people there and I WILL GET SO MUCH DONE !!!!
Tom, who loves snow days AT work.

Can't stand the cold, don't come to Canada

Here in Toronto, I would consider 18 F (-7.7 C) to be quite mild and bearable (with a nice puffy jacket). It was 14 F today, which was fine for me, and a couple of days ago it was I believe 1 F (-17 C), which I thought then was TOO cold for me. And we get MUCH more snow than the pic above, especially on on really bad days, and there STILL is no snow day! I remember 3 years ago at this time we got about 3 feet of snow one morning, and I still had to walk to school! But I still love living here. Our winter is mostly cold and dry, with little snow.
