Water is a continually renewable resource. In the overall picture, it's a drop in the bucket of what a top loader uses compared to all the other true wastes of water. Yes, I don't discount droughts. I understand that. Because one area has a drought, does everybody else have to use less water ?

This is what hypocritical Christian adults are teaching their kids, where those same kids bring their ignorant hate and violence into schools, the workplace and the community.

Yes, there are many gays who Christians have condemned and they have no right to do that because Jesus died for the sins of the world and that includes those of us who are gay. He was buried and he rose again the third day ! Believe it by faith and you shall be saved.
Now why should that be so offensive...... Eternal life is a free gift and all you can do is receive it by faith. If you can be good enough to earn heaven that Jesus went to the cross in vain . Many you folks here might have all the toys that this life can offer and your cliques and world views but this life is temporary Chet.

I have fact checked the scriptures and they've been twisted and mistranslated for various reasons.
Of course this life is temporary. God isn't going to deny you heaven for having a consensual relationship with another man or another woman. Or what you do to you body.

Countless Christians have bullied LGBT students in schools and it has ended with victims unaliving themselves.
Hell and demons are the byproduct of trauma in a person's environment. Aka PTSD, complex PTSD, ect. Traumatic experiences due to their level of bodily hyper-arousal are encoded differently from normal memories. This results in vivid flashbacks where people experience the traumatic event or the traumatic events over and over again as if they are actually happening. The person may briefly calm down and go back to their new baseline, but eventually re-experience the memories over and over again trapped in a endless cycle. This is literally where the figurative concept of "burning in hell" came from. I am not going to describe the graphic nature of what happens in the lake of fire as I am sure you already know what the bible implies but the cycle of re-experiencing the fire from the start to the end in a continuous loop is very much an allegory of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and all that comes with it.
What causes trauma? Discrimination, bullying, violence, rejection, condemnation, hate, intolerance, denial of human rights and everything else caused by LGBTQIA++ bigotry justified in the name of God.

My Two Cents:
As an independent-thinking, open-minded individual, having seen, heard, and experienced many things in my 7+ decades of life, and I have to say that a person's beliefs are basically nurtured by years of conditioning, training, etc.
This comes from others, mentors, groups, with a determined, and often strict emotional attachment to certain beliefs.
Once the beliefs are implanted, deep-rooted, they become part of that person's life forever.
And that person will do anything to protect, justify, and stand up for said beliefs.
Mind you, I believe in the fundamental freedom to live your life the way that you want. - and I am for equality, as long as it doesn't interfere with others freedoms.
However, it also has it's consequences, when it comes to others with different strong beliefs.
This then amounts to hatred, arguments, violence, biases, and sometimes wars.
I suppose it's a part of Human Nature, a part that sadly all have dealt with at one time or another.
These beliefs need not be so disruptive or dangerous, but the fact is that they've been taught for centuries, and thus have become so strongly rooted in many, are virtually impossible to eliminate or control.
The old saying of "Keep your business to yourself" is a strong clue that this "belief system" has successfully created its roots and divisions among civiliation.
As I've mentioned on occasion, I base my life and views on facts, reality, not hearsay or some book-taught ways that I am supposed to follow.
I'm a person who enjoys my freedom to be myself.
Because like the internet itself, social media, etc., there are biased opinions due to different beliefs.
I've seen what it's amounted to in others that I've personally dealt with.
