Hi everyone. I'm not sure which forum to post this in, so I thought I would put it here. I have been coming to this AWESOME site for nearly two months now (lurking in the wash room shadows with the dustbunnies and dryer lint) I figured it's about time I introduce myself, one can only lurk without contributing for so long before stalker emotions creep in! So, again, I bid you all a very friendly hello!

Chris

Hey Chris...

I haven't been here long myself. Everyone is very nice though, as I'm sure you noticed. Welcome to the fray! =)

Hi Christie!

Welcome to the group. I've been here for eight months and need desperately to update my profile. I can tell you are lots of fun. Why don't you send us a photo in thread #4750 (same forum). It's good to have you here, You're never gonna regret this!
P.S. I found this website by accident, and Happy belated birthday!

So what is the difference between a young f-- and an old f--?

(NOTE: nothing implied at all about newest members).

Hi Chris

Welcome from Southern California! I'm sort of new here too and enjoy reading the threads. This is a nutty bunch! But a great bunch! Marty

Wow, thanks for the warm reception! I think this is a great place and already have taken a liking to some really great people. I feel like I found "home", a warm place to rant about all things old *is not implying anything about Toggle or Pete, honest*
*flies like the wind outta the line of fire that is sure to be coming my way now* =)

Welcome !

Welcome Chris, what part of the state is Hughesvile? I went to school in PA and grew up in Western NY. I just picked up a 1972 Maytag A606 and DE606 set in Harvest Gold. Washer purrs like a kitten but need to get the dryer hooked up to see how he runs.

This is a great place to meet new people - have fun!

If Toggle is so old now he creaks, what the heck does that make me, a member up to a year or more before the 2001 convention???

Oh, and BTW, welcome!!!! Christie

Hughesville is really close to Williamsport, which is pretty much the north eastern part of the state, also about an hour east of WilkesBarre. Where did you go to school at in Pa?
