Just got a call from the coast saying the new SQ FL machine was acting funny, stopping mid cycle...ultimately failing to drain.
So far the front panel was removed and the machine was drained that way. I am not there until summer, so the local authorized service center was called and are on the way out later this week.
One theory is the water supply was not turned on initially before running a load and this may have throw the machine off. Apparently the machine was unplugged and plugged back in to power, they thought this might get it to drain, but it didn't. However no attempt was made to run a load after unlugging/plugging in the power cord. I suggested now trying to run a load but my mother's handy man on the scene doesn't want to risk having to manually drain it again.
Any thoughts?[this post was last edited: 2/4/2016-19:50]
