Speed Queen HELP!!

I need help figuring out what is going on with my speed queen washer. It is a TC5 and it is about 5 years old. After washing the water doesn't drain out and it makes a light humming noise. Then the light starts blinking. I have had someone out to look at it but he doesn't work on speed queens normally so he really wasn't sure. We have checked the drains, pump, and even replaced the capacitor but still have no idea what the problem is. Help Pleaseeeee

If it's the kind with an electronic control panel, that may be the problem.
Seems that those types of modern washers are famous for that trouble.
