I got a Speed Queen TC5 top loader in 2019 thinking it’d be reliable, but after 6 years the machine started to get really loud on spin cycle which means the bearings are failing.
awn632sp116tw02 is my model number. The washing machine sounds like a jet engine anytime it spins now. It still functions but the noise level of it is ridiculous. Had no other issues with it. A 6 year old Speed Queen shouldn’t already need a bearing replacement. I didn’t overload it and I don’t think I’ve had it get off balance before.
