When I look out of my window I see this:

Ripening samaras from elm trees. In a few weeks the green wings turn brown and they start to fly around, forming heaps in the streets like drifting snow does.

of the house,the beds were full of daffodils in Feb. A tornado came through last friday night. We lost 2 windows on the back of the house and had leaves embedded into the wood siding. By sunday morning everything was beautiful again.

Nice shots Greg. Your place always looks like a beautiful escape to a calm and quieter way of life--except when a stray tornado or two comes calling.
