Stackable washer/dryer help requested

My co-worker just came into my office asking me for advice on purchasing a used stackable washer/dryer unit for her lake house. I know next to nothing about these. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me what brand(s) to tell her to look for? Are there any issues she should be on the lookout for when purchasing a stack unit? Thanks!

Finding a used good condition stack unit will be a challenge. The most frequent brand will be Kenmore/Frigidaire. Not a big fan of the Frigidaire stack unit. Best would be a 27" Whirlpool Thin-Twin, but again, not as prevalent as Frigidaire because of $$$$. Separate Frigidaire front load washer and stack dryer might be a better choice, even though the dryer is small capacity.

looks real clean and a steal at that price!
Locally,24"DD based W/P built stack sets turn up from time to time but
sell fast.

Stacked Washer-dryers-look in any area where apartments,townhomes,trailers are common housing-you may find them there.
