Stainless top dishwasher, and cook top (Chelmsford, MASS)

Was looking for metal kitchen cabinets and ran across this set. The cabinets and countertop are gorgeous, but the odd shaped stainless cooktop and the dishwasher look really cool. Any idea of brand??

I would imagine the stainless cooktop and sink/counter were custom fabricated by a company like Elkay or Just. I'm sure it was expensive then, and would be very expensive to do now.
