Anyhoo, at one of the stops this Christmas the man of the house was Puerto Rican and I enjopyed some great Carribean cooking.
Tried to taste pigs feet. Could not get past the gelatin looking stuff. I found the flavor, the consistenty and the texture of the garbanzo beans (chick peas) that were cooked with it less than fabulous, IMHO.
The other stuff was awesome.
