Well there's equipment sales and then there's soccer where manslaughter is not considered out of line. Here we rather limit it to felony assault (hockey) and the occasional crazy with an AR-15 (DC). BTW, our DC gunman last lived and worked 3 miles north of my location. Even certain public trans won't go to White Settlement where that restaurant is.
They call this the 'metro' but depending exactly where you're talking about it's the 'ghettro'. 3 years ago the Dallas police chief's son killed 2 cops and was in turn killed. Got anything like that in Euroland? I mean, besides soccer.
Seriously, I lived in that country for 11 years and experienced plenty of that sort of thing, especially directed at people from English-speaking countries. [this post was last edited: 9/17/2013-15:16]
Maybe he just didn't like people that live in Hungary. Maybe he has something against English, though there are translator programs. Maybe he liked your profile, and it was an invite. Maybe he was a big-o-meanie and you don't want to do business with him anyway.
Broadbent extractors are good, if you can get hold of one. The launderettes in a city near me have them, and they are touching 40+ yr old. Not sure on the spin speed. The Rex (Zanussi) washers only spin at 400rpm, so putting your wash through the spinner is a must. The 35 yr okd Huebsch/Loadstar dryers will take forever. And lits of 20p's!
Launderettes in UK probably struggle to survive these days so I suppose they keep the equipment going as long as they can. At one time people would take their large items to the launderette but most have the larger capacity washers now.
