Wow Rick, it's really coming along!

Everything is looking GREAT! Congrats! You've had all the luck... from the initial purchase and all the great deals you are finding to fix it up, etc. That's just awesome!

Yes you paid $3500 for it initially, but what do you think you'll have into it when all is said and done??

Hi Kevin, we are trying to keep it under $20,000.00 I think we will be able to do it. The new windows come in this week, and we are having a fence put on the alley side. Also drywall, paint, and floors.

Looking great!

Hopefully, you have been shooting video of the whole process from when you first walked thru that door till done. I would wonder if H&Gtv would pay for that... Looks absolutely awesome!

Hi Andrew, I have not taken any videos since purchasing the house in late December. Here are a few that show the interior as we bought it.

The end tables were frozen to the carpet.... Most everything in the house was full of mold, and it was all junk. The previous owner was a pack rat.

The outside of the house

Was all overgrown with trees that had grown up from seed.

Thanks Kenny! <:

Tim, I sold the two rifles to a collector, and I had to dump the 357. The serial number was filed off.....

You definitely don't want that to fall into the wrong hands. The house looks great, but then again anything was/is an improvement. The city should recognize your efforts in some way. I think you'll be a fantastic landlord.

What a great job with this project Rick....

Hate to see this thread drop out of Super so soon.

It was also great to be reminded of your videos again and to see all of your guys in there helping out.

Mike

Hell I almost missed this! Rick - AWESOME job. You guys are really working your rears off. Weren't you going to put a center dial 'Tag set in the summer house?

The solarium will be a nice value-add. While I understand why it was easier to just board it up than to maintain it; I still scream WHY! :)
