Sunday finds = Sunday Dinner

Well, it's Sunday and as we do most weekends, my partner Eric (leatherrider) and I head off to the flea markets. Below is a picture of my latest find. I've been looking for one of these for a while.

The final product! Rotisserie chicken done with rosemary, sage and lemon and a spice rub. Also did some babyback ribs in the oven! Great Sunday night dinner.

App: We had potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans for sides. Thanks wishing us well. Things are really going well.

Rich: This definitely looks better in my house, right next to the pink wringer washer (hint, hint).

What a great rotisserie! And by coincidence, I had roast chicken for dinner, too. However, I had to use a V-rack in a conventional oven and turn the chicken over the manual way---how barbaric, LOL! Looks like the GE will be in frequent use at your home, guys.

Ooooh, I love those GE rotisseries! They look so space-shippy (okay, that's not a word, but you know what I mean!)

That chicken looks faboo. Well, except for the rosemary. As far as I'm concerned, rosemary is for remembrance.

Any leftovers? I'm hungry!
