My Grandma had a coffeemaster too...

it sat back in a corner of her kitchen, covered by a plastic bag, never used as long as I knew her, and when she passed away the CoffeeMaster went to me.
Today it sits atop my china cabinet, keeping company with an also unused Sunbeam model 11C mixmaster that I found in an antique store.

I have to admit, after just finishing washing mine up that it is pretty messy!

but the coffee is damn good!

With all my junque around here you know I don't have a Coffeemaster. Not a one LOL I have seen a few in thrift stores and in fact know where two are languishing at the moment but they both have noticeable chips in the bases so I passed them up.
Nice TOL cyclomatic Oster you have there as well.

This was the first time I'd seen a CoffeeMaster in a thrift store, so I grabbed it!

The Osterizer Cyclomatic is my daily driver, and it gets a fair amount of use. It does everything from mix my protein shakes after a workout to scrambled eggs for Sunday morning breakfast, to making dip for a party to chopping stuff for spaghetti sauce. The jar is missing in the pic because it was in the sink, after making a shake for me. With the Cyclomatic feature, it is the best, most versatile blender Oster made!

My Grandma's coffeemaster came with both screen and cloth filters...
someone somewhere must have an instruction manual...I would be curious to know.
The coffeemaster comes from the period in Sunbeam's history where the mixmaster had attachments for everything, so there must be different uses.

Great finds Jeff!! I have had the same skillet for many years only mine has the Presto name on it. I have used that little thing so many times! You just can't beat coffee from the Coffeemaster!! A bit more trouble to clean up but well worth it IMHO!! Terry

I've also found a way to clean the coffeemaster thats not so bad...

I love the little skillet, works great and very easy to clean too!

It seems that the earlier Coffeemasters came with a circular frame for the cloth filters and the later models came with the filter screen. I believe if you had an earlier model, you could buy a filter screen for it at your local hardware store. I bought one of these separate screens on Ebay for the C-30 we have.
We have two C-30's and both have shot gaskets. I'm looking for a C-50, but have you seen the price on those on Ebay? $75.00 and up. I think the general public has found out about the gaskets.
